Risk: The services provided do not pose any risk. We do not perform relaxers, Japanese or Korean straightening treatments, which may carry risks. We display information about these treatments on our website for informational purposes only. We always guide clients towards natural and risk-free hair treatments, explaining the reasons behind it. If a client insists on having a relaxer treatment, we decline their request and direct them to a specialized salon in this field. All the products we use comply with the current laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Our products are 100% organic and suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are always advised to consult a healthcare professional with the provided list of ingredients to obtain their doctor's approval for the treatment. Clear and transparent conditions to be read and accepted before each treatment

Foreword: Treatments are exclusively carried out at the client's home, in the hotel of their choice, or any other location equipped with a shower, a chair, a sink, and toilets. No women work here, so if you prefer to be attended to by a woman, we kindly suggest seeking other salons. We condemn any form of discrimination; we respect everyone's opinions without judgment and expect the same attitude in return. The services can be provided to minors aged 14 to 17, but only with parental consent.

Products: All our products have been purchased this year and their expiration date is valid between 2 and 3 years. Our products are purchased exclusively from official Belgian distributors such as Sabelle Cosmetics. This means that we do not buy our products just anywhere but only from professional hair care providers in Belgium, often monitored by the SPF Public Health. We strive to use only high-end products for our clientele, such as EM2H Blind Age for botox, which is the most expensive on the market, K18 as an additional treatment, the most expensive restorative mask in the world (75€ for 50ml, 1500€ per liter), as well as GHD protective spray. It is important to note that we favor the most ecological and natural brands. Regarding the term "botox," it does not refer to surgical botox but rather figurative speech, as this treatment rejuvenates the hair. We use Olaplex's popular serum and for straightening, Minoa's brand, a Belgian brand founded by a talented hairdresser passionate about hair straightening. We are happy to provide the ingredient list for each product upon request from our clients.

Condition 1. Pregnant Women: Pregnant and breastfeeding women are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before any treatment such as straightening, botox, coloring, etc. Even if the brand of our products claims they are suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, it is essential to check their compatibility with each individual. Our products are 100% organic, regulated, and authorized in Belgium. However, only a competent doctor can confirm if the treatment is appropriate by examining the ingredient list. The ingredient list is available upon request. We disclaim any responsibility in case of non-consultation.

Condition 2. Allergy Test: Before any treatment (straightening, botox, coloring, etc.), it is recommended for anyone to perform an allergy test. We provide you with an allergy test to be conducted at home, sent by mail to your mailbox at our expense. A proper allergy test requires 48 hours, so it cannot be done on the day of treatment. While finding an allergic individual is extremely rare, it is best to take preventive measures. Although most professionals do it upon request based on customer history, we prefer to do it systematically for all our clients. Some people may have allergies without knowing, and others may develop allergies later in life. No treatment will be performed on individuals allergic to the product or those who refuse to undergo this test. We disclaim any responsibility if you claim to have performed the test when it is not the case. Our products are natural, but it is still important to undergo an allergy test, as it is strongly recommended before any hair treatment, straightening, or coloring. It is not legally required to impose allergy tests on clients, but we choose to do so consistently because we prefer to take all necessary precautions. After all, peanuts and seafood are also natural products, yet some people are allergic to them.

Condition 3. Brittle and Elastic Hair: No straightening or hair botox on extremely damaged hair, such as brittle and elastic hair. These require a more appropriate and gentle treatment, which we also offer, to avoid further damage.

Condition 4. Damaged Hair: No straightening on damaged hair, a hair botox treatment is more recommended. Straightening can be done at most on slightly damaged hair.

Condition 5. Ends: Both straightening and botox can, in some cases, further damage the ends of already damaged, dry, and fragile hair. We include a treatment in the process to address this issue, but it's not guaranteed. Another simple treatment can be done afterwards by yourself, and as a last resort, it may be necessary to trim the ends.

Condition 6. Smoothing Effect and Progressive Result: No straightening can fully smooth everyone's hair to 100%; it depends on various factors such as hair type, and each hair type is unique. The effects of straightening range from 70% to 100% depending on individuals. In this case, the result is progressive, aiming to achieve 100%. Straightening or botox may be less optimal on hair with henna, on some individuals undergoing hormonal treatments, on some women during their menstrual periods, and also on certain virgin hair. A virgin hair, never treated, has scales more closed compared to treated hair, and a clarifying shampoo does not open the scales, it just removes residues and film-forming agents. In this scenario, the result is progressive, aiming for 100%.

Condition 7. Color: Straightening can cause a loss of 1 to 2 shades of color if you have a dye. Straightening can slightly yellow white hair, but it will be possible to remove the yellow with a toning shampoo. Straightening or botox may slightly lighten the natural color of virgin hair.

Condition 8. Duration and Treatment Condition: Every treatment lasts a minimum of 4 hours (+2 hours if in two phases as an additional precaution, +2 hours for very long hair, +2 hours for additional care during straightening, +2 hours in case of strong propensity to knots). Every area is kept clean after our intervention. Your clothes are protected by a cape, while your floor and chairs are covered with clean towels. During the treatment, please avoid touching your hair or having it in contact with the chair, sofa, walls, etc. We are not responsible for any potential stains on your clothes if you remove the cape or towels without our request. Plan for less valuable clothes just in case. We come to your home, and we expect mutual respect and trust. You have the right to have active surveillance cameras during our intervention at your home.

Condition 9. Hair Shine: The shine of the hair after a botox treatment or straightening depends solely on the hair type. Dark and uniform hair generally offers better shine.

Condition 10. Hair Volume: Hair volume mainly depends on its base density.

Condition 11. Brushing after Treatment: Manual brushing with a brush and a hairdryer or a hot air brush is necessary to maintain straight hair, as heat activates the product in the hair.

Condition 12. Informing about Previous Treatments: You must inform us of any previous hair treatments you have undergone, especially in the case of bleaching, relaxing, or straightening, to adapt the technique as a precaution.

Condition 13. Additional Precaution: It is imperative for you to consult your doctor in the case of hair implants, scalp surgery, or other health issues related to this area.

Condition 14. Treatment Longevity: The duration of a hair botox treatment is indefinite, similar to treating a cavity; you don't ask your dentist how long it will last, it depends on your habits and care until they deteriorate again. The smoothing effect of straightening treatments persists in the hair between 4 to 12 months depending on individuals (usually 6 months), not counting regrowth, as it is a semi-permanent to permanent treatment.

Condition 15. Refund: No refunds will be provided after the treatment.

Condition 16. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can only do so within 24 hours before the scheduled time. Beyond this deadline, no refund will be possible, and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

Any disregard for our rules and instructions will not be our responsibility.
